Using Wordle in ESL

Have you heard of Word Clouds?

Wordle is a great site that allows you to create word clouds out of a text. You can use this to pre-teach vocabulary, do a predictive exercise on an article or any other type of reading you're about to do, make a vocabulary review exercise based on a lexis presented in a textbook and you can even make a poster for your classroom of discussion starters!
