Indonesia can be categorized as an EFL setting where either teachers or students will not use the target language outside the class. Moreover, not all of classroom interactions be done in English. Many teachers use the grammar translation method most of the time. Despite the trends in English teaching, English is still far the position as the medium of communication in real life situation at schools. I do think that this is the real problems in English education programs.
I wonder if you have suggestions to change the quality of English teaching in my country?

I think this is the same in many countries. It is often the case where outside the classroom everything on the TV/cinema is dubbed which makes students' exposure to 'real' English very limited. This is certainly the case in Spain which is a major part of the why Spain has the lowest level of English in Europe. The translation method is the norm in the educational system but without training for teachers the situation will not change. If you were given course material, would your experience mean that you could put on workshops for teachers to help them use the communicative method? Let me know and maybe we can help you to put on some courses that could be the first stepping stone.
