We have been teaching at Xiamen University for the past three years. It's a great university to teach at. The schedule changes each year so it depends on what you are looking for. The students are at a higher level than at most universities so it makes our job easier and we have a lot more fun and discussions. You are paid well according to Chinese university standard but not lucrative! Hope you will come join us!!

Reputable like beauty is in the eye of the beholder. China is China and it has been said that East is East and West is West the two cannot coincide. If you keep an open mind and consider the fact that Western nations have been expoliting China for centuries you may begin to understand why somethings do not measure up to your expectations.

Having said that I would like to recommend Delter / Telfort Buisness Institute. I was with them in Shanghai for three years and I personally know several teachers who have been with them for seven to nine years. The majority of the teachers I worked with were very happy with how they were treated and supported. Theres are some who may have not been so enthusiastic about their experience but you can't pleas all the people all the time according to Abe Lincoln (I think he took this from a Chinese proberb).
