What are people's experiences when working in Korea. Do you prefer public school jobs or private school jobs?

Private schools can be sometimes be more lucrative but can also be unstable. They often serve working people which means 7a.m. classes and evening classes as well. Split schedules over the long term can be exhausting. When working with children, private schools tend to care more about money than education. This often means telling parents what they want to hear and keeping quiet about problems that should be addressed. Public schools offer more benefits like holidays. I preferred public schools for the stability and better schedules. Public schools often do not have perfect classroom conditions.
